By creating an account or using RehabFlow AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

The service

RehabFlow AI is a documentation-assist platform. It generates draft clinical documentation based on inputs you provide. Drafts are provider-assist only — they are not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional judgment.

Provider responsibilities

• You are the licensed provider of record for every note.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and signing every note before submission.
• You are responsible for clinical accuracy and medical necessity.
• You are responsible for complying with payer, jurisdictional, and patient-privacy requirements.

No reimbursement guarantee

We do not guarantee that any note will be reimbursed by any payer. Coverage decisions are made solely by payers.

Accounts and seats

Each provider must have their own account. Sharing credentials is prohibited. Clinic plans include a defined number of provider seats; additional seats require an upgrade.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to enter data you are not authorized to process, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
