RehabFlow AI ("we", "us") provides documentation assistance software for rehabilitation providers. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account details (name, email, clinic, credentials), patient documentation content you enter (initials, intake details, encounter notes), and billing details if you upgrade your plan.
To operate the service, generate AI-assisted draft documentation at your request, secure your account, process payments, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.
Inputs you submit for AI generation are sent to our model providers solely to produce the requested output. We do not use your data to train third-party foundation models.
Records persist while your account is active. You may delete patients, notes, and your account at any time. Backups are retained for a limited period for disaster recovery.
We use industry-standard transport encryption, row-level access controls, and least-privilege service credentials. See our Security & Data Handling page for details.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable patient-privacy laws in your jurisdiction. Do not enter information you are not authorized to process.
