RehabFlow AI is provider-assist documentation software for licensed clinicians. Your use of the Service must follow this policy.
Permitted use
- Drafting and finalizing clinical documentation you are licensed and authorized to produce.
- Internal clinic workflows: intake, encounter notes, re-exams, narrative reports.
- Sharing finalized notes with patients, payers, or attorneys as permitted by law.
Prohibited use
- Submitting documentation you are not licensed or authorized to create or sign.
- Generating notes for encounters that did not occur, or fabricating findings.
- Uploading protected health information for individuals outside your clinic's lawful care relationship.
- Sharing your account credentials, or signing notes on behalf of another provider.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent platform security controls.
- Using the Service to harass patients, staff, or other users.
Provider responsibility
AI-generated drafts are provider-assist only. The signing provider remains solely responsible for clinical accuracy, medical necessity, and final signature on every note. RehabFlow AI does not guarantee reimbursement, payment, or insurer acceptance of any documentation produced through the Service.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations involving patient safety or fraud may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Reporting abuse
If you believe an account is being misused, contact your clinic admin or our support team.
